RULES

Your place in the competition is not secure until payment of entry fees are received.
Spectator wristbands are to be purchased prior to the competition, there is no payments on the door. Wristbands will be on a first come first served basis, and will be limited .
The organisers are not responsible for any injury caused back stage or during the performance of your act, or in any part of the venue.
The organisers are not responsible for any loss or damage while at the venue.
Proof of age must be produced upon request.

All music used should be age appropriate and with no explicit language
All music must be clearly marked and one routine per cd.
Once you have received your invoice payment must be made promptly.
No refunds given under any circumstances.
Entries must be registered 28 days prior to the competition start date.

All entries & spectator tickets must be paid by bank transfer only.
Organisers reserve the right to add additional competition days.
All entries must compete on a day & time assigned to them.
Any changes in competition days or times will be at the sole discretion of the organisers.
Each dancer should be ready to dance at the start of each session they are entered in. Each dancer/act will be given a number, please be prepared to be ready to dance when your number is called. you may be asked to dance out of turn to avoid a delay.

You must compete in your age division for solo categories. The date taken from the 1st January 2015.
Duets/trios, groups & troupes will be aged aggregate.
All schools/studios will be responsible for their dancers behaviour.
Any one failing to follow any rules or causing a disturbance will be asked to leave the premises.

All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult
Recording or photography of any kind is not allowed under the child protection act. It is an offence so please do not attempt this. Anyone caught doing so will be asked to leave the competition.
A photographer will be taking photos during the day for you to purchase.
A competitor can only dance a solo in one division.
